1️⃣ Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery if:

Product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Original tags, labels, and packaging are intact

Product is not damaged by the customer

❌ Returns not accepted for:

Innerwear, socks, masks (hygiene reasons)

Clearance / sale items

Customized or made-to-order products

2️⃣ Return Reasons Accepted

Returns will be accepted only for:

Wrong product delivered

Size mismatch

Manufacturing defect

Damaged during delivery

📸 Customer must upload clear images/video while raising the return request.

3️⃣ How to Raise a Return

1. Log in to your account

2. Go to My Orders → Request Return

3. Select reason and upload images

4. Our team will review within 24–48 hours

4️⃣ Return Pickup

Reverse pickup will be arranged in serviceable pincodes

If pickup is unavailable, customer may self-ship (shipping cost refunded for approved cases)

5️⃣ Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after quality check

Refund mode:

Original payment method (UPI/Card/Net Banking)

Wallet / Store credit (optional faster option)

6️⃣ Exchange Policy (Recommended for Apparel 👕)

One free exchange allowed for size issues

Exchange request must be raised within 7 days

Subject to stock availability

7️⃣ Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible (return policy applies)

8️⃣ Quality Check Disclaimer

All returned items undergo a strict quality check.
Returns failing inspection will be sent back to the customer.
